If you have any questions and can't find them below, please feel free to contact us and we will answer them if possible.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash payments and electronic transfers.  If you wish to pay via credit card, you will either have to transfer the money from your account to ours or we have to do it through the Payfast website.  You can visit them on www.payfast.co.za to read more about credit card payments.

Are the items sold per piece?

Next to each item you will see for example 20pc.  This means there will be 20 pieces inside the packet for the price indicated.

Can we come to your shop?

We are an internet based business and as such, do not have a showroom open to the public.  You can place your order online and we will courier your items to you.

How much is postage?

If you choose the post office, the minimum amount we add for postage will be R82-00.  We only make use of the post office if there is no Pep (Paxi) near you.  Courier fees depend on the size of your order as well as your location.  For more info on postage you can read our Delivery and Payment page.

How long will delivery take?

If we receive payment before 10 in the morning, the parcel will go out the same day.  For payment received after 10 in the morning, the parcel will go out the next day.  Delivery times for each delivery method is set out on the Delivery and Payment page.

Can you send me some samples of your products?

We do not send samples.

Do you give discount for bulk orders?

We give discount to shop owners only. Proof will be required.

Our discount structure are as follows: 

For orders of R2000-00 and more, you will receive 5% discount

For orders of R5000-00 and more, you will receive 10% discount.

Do you sell wholesale?

All our products are pre-packed.  If you wish to purchase bulk, you just have to add more packets of the same products to your order.

Which couriers do you use?

We make use of The Courier Guy, Aramex couriers, Ram, Postnet and Paxi.

Can we pick up the order ourselves to save on postage?

We only allow courier pick up.  We do NOT allow pick up in person.

Can I send my own courier?

Yes you may send your own courier to collect the parcel.

Will I still be charged postage if I send my own courier?

You will be charged R20-00.  This is to cover the packaging and printing material.

Can I save my shopping cart and continue shopping tomorrow?

If you are logged into our website you can save your cart and continue shopping tomorrow.  If you are shopping as a guest you can not save your cart.

If I need something you don't have on the website, will you be able to source it for me?

If it is possible, we will source it for you.  However, with special orders we do need payment upfront and we do not give credit if you are unhappy with the product.  This is because it is something we do not keep in stock and am buying specially for you.  Also we charge an additional fee because we have to send someone to collect it for us from our suppliers.

How long do I have to make payment after I've placed my order?

We require payment within 48 hours of you placing your order.

Should I send you proof of payment after I've made payment?

We would appreciate it very much.  You can email ([email protected]) proof of payment to us.

Do you ship to countries outside of South Africa?

Yes we do.  Just keep in mind that shipping is more expensive to countries outside South Africa.  You can contact us for more details.

Do you make jewellery or beaded items on request?

We certainly do.  You can email ([email protected]) details of the items you wish to receive a quote for.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the products I've bought?

We do not give cash refunds.  We only give you credit for future orders or you can exchange the items for something else.  Please read Returns on our Terms and Conditions page for more details.
