Acceptance

By accessing and/or using the services offered via this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use as set out in this policy.  Beadpalace can at any time modify any of the terms and such modification will supersede and replace any previous terms.  The amended terms will be made available on the website.  Each time you access the website and/or use the services offered via the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.



Content of the website

Whilst every care is taken to provide accurate information on our website, human error is possible and monitor settings differ.

Items may show a slight variation to catalogue images.

Prices listed in our catalogue and on our site are subject to change without prior notice.

Items are subject to availability.

Beadpalace reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of the website and any information or content on the website.

All photo's are the property of Beadpalace and may not be used without our written permission.



Orders and delivery

After selecting the product/s you wish to purchase and submitting your order to Beadpalace, you will be given the opportunity to review the entire transaction and correct any mistakes, before electing whether to cancel the order or to proceed.

By selecting to submit the order you are deemed to have submitted an offer to purchase the product/s selected by you and the order cannot be withdrawn by you unless expressly agreed to by Beadpalace.

Beadpalace reserves the right to refuse any orders from any person without having to give a reason.

A confirmation order will be send to you once we receive your order.

After processing of the order, a final pro-forma invoice will be send to you, including postage fees.

Delivery times are estimates only and we are NOT liable for any late deliveries.

Nor are we liable for any lost or damaged parcels.  It will be your responsibility to claim from the appropriate company when a package goes missing.  You will ONLY be able to claim for lost or damaged parcels if you instruct us to add additional insurance to your delivery fee.  If no instruction is received from you, we will use standard shipping without insurance. 

Please note:  We take NO responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after it has left our premises.  In the event of a parcel not being delivered by the courier company for any reason, you will be responsible for contacting the company and if possible to claim, present your claim to said company.  We are in no instance liable for parcels being lost or not delivered by the courier company and as a result we also won't replace any items free of charge in any parcel being lost or damaged by the courier company.

If you are not happy with the courier companies being used by us, you are more than welcome to arrange collection with a company of your choice.

We also do NOT track parcels.  After we've send you your tracking number, it is your responsibility to track the parcel and contact the appropriate company if you have a problem.



Payment

The only forms of acceptable payment are through Payfast, electronic transfer or direct deposit.

When making payment through Payfast, you will be able to pay with either your credit card, debit card or a variety of store cards.

In all cases, ownership of goods will transfer to the purchaser on presentation of a valid receipt and/or proof of payment.

Purchases will only be despatched after we've received payment.



Payment reversal

If you make a payment into our account by mistake, you will have two choices.

You can leave the amount in our account and we will add the amount as credit on your account for use when you next place an order.

Or if you wish to have the money returned to you, you will have to contact your bank and ask them to do a payment reversal.  They will then contact us and enquire if we agree to the reversal.  We will agree.  The money will then be reversed back into your bank account by your bank.  All the costs involved will be for your account.

In either of the above cases you first have to contact us and send proof of payment.  We won't agree to a payment reversal by the bank or add the amount as credit to your account if we haven't received the proof of payment from you.

Please note:  Due to problems in the past we WILL NOT transfer the money to your account.  The only way is a payment reversal by your bank.



Returns

To qualify for a credit or exchange, you need to contact us within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel.  We will then send you a Credit Memo to complete.  This credit memo should be returned to us together with your invoice as well as the products you wish to return.

All items should be in their original packaging and unopened.

All returns, except faulty or broken items, will carry a 15% handling fee.

Postage will be for your account.

We do NOT give cash back.  ONLY credit or exchange.

If you receive a broken or wrong item, the above should also be followed.

No handling fee is charged on broken or wrong items.

NO CREDIT or EXCHANGE will be considered after 48 hours of you receiving your parcel.

You hereby indemnify Beadpalace, it's owners and workers against any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable directly or indirectly to your access and use of the website and/or any information contained on or via the website and/or your use of the products.

By accessing the website, you warrand and represent to Beadpalace that you are legally entitled to make use of information and purchase the products made available via the website.
